Prakash Patel is an experienced quality operations professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Site Quality Head at Strides Pharma Inc. since January 2024, Prakash previously held various leadership roles at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of the Quality Operations Division. Prakash's expertise encompasses managing operations, compliance functions, and quality assurance, with significant experience in internal and external audits, training program management, and risk management. Prakash began in the industry as a Lab Analyst at Amneal Pharmaceuticals and holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from St. John's Pharmacy College.
