Tayane Gutierrez currently serves as the Head of People at Strider since May 2022, following a role as Head of People & Culture at WHF Design Company, where responsibilities included developing a long-term plan aligned with the company's mission. Prior to this, Tayane held the position of Director of Human Resources at GovPredict, overseeing the establishment of a Brazilian subsidiary and ensuring compliance with local laws. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Manager and Human Resources Analyst at Beltech, focusing on the implementation of HR subsystems and hiring strategies. Tayane holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, an MBA in People Management from Faculdade Metodista Granbery, and a residency in Hospital Care with a specialization in Hospital Psychology from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora.
