Bouchra Bouanani serves as the Executive Director at Stride, Inc. since November 2020 and has been the Head of School at K12 since August 2011. Bouanani's extensive experience includes roles as Title I programs manager, Math Curriculum Specialist, and Math Teacher, focusing on professional development and research-based instructional strategies. Prior to K12, Bouanani co-founded Pax Academy and held the position of Vice Principal, while also serving as Teacher and Assistant Principal at Aim High Institute, where significant contributions were made to curriculum development and charter writing. Earlier teaching experience at Arizona Cultural Academy involved instructing students in computer education across grades 1 to 12. Bouanani is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership in K12 education at Aspen University, having previously earned a Master's degree in Educational Technology from the same institution.
