Pressley Ridgill, Jr. serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Strickland Waterproofing since May 2022, with prior experience as a CPA at Smith, Kesler & Company PA from July 2014 to May 2022 and as a Surety Consultant at Senn Dunn Insurance from July 2011 to June 2014. Pressley specializes in bonding solutions for various sectors of the construction industry and actively contributes to organizations including the Carolinas Surety Association and the Construction Financial Management Association. Previous roles include Manager at The Siegfried Group, Director of Financial Reporting at Crosland, and External Reporting Senior Analyst at Nucor Corporation, among others. Pressley holds a BSBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and studied at UNC Charlotte. In addition, Pressley founded and served as President of Charlotte at Play, a children's museum dedicated to educational programming and interactive learning for young children.
