Pradeep Wasantha Thenuwara is an experienced manager at Stretchline Holdings Ltd. since January 2006, specializing in narrow fabric colour matching, dyeing, and finishing. With a decade of managerial experience in dye houses, Pradeep possesses extensive knowledge of exhaust, range, and high-pressure yarn dyeing machines, including their maintenance and calibration. A background of handling colour matching recipes and managing global customer negotiations contributes to a strong skill set. Previously serving as an assistant manager at Stretchline Pvt Ltd from 1997 to 2006, Pradeep has hands-on experience with yarn dyeing and spectrophotometer experiments. Pradeep holds a B.Sc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Colombo and a qualification in dyeing and finishing of narrow fabrics from the Textile Training and Service Center.
