Chamika Madhubhashana is an Executive Polymer Scientist at Stretchline Holdings Ltd. since September 2022, focusing on developing innovative polymers related to sustainability, moisture management, and thermal regulation, along with improvements in micro and nano fibers. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Trainee in R&D at ACL Cables PLC from August 2021 to August 2022, where Chamika gained hands-on experience in laboratory testing, updating technical data sheets for PVC compounds, and participating in various projects such as ISO audits and thermal stabilizer initiatives. Chamika holds a Bachelor of Science (Special) degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
