Ebony Peay Ramirez serves as the Associate Director of Advancement at the University of Washington and is also an Entrepreneur Advisor & Coach at digitalundivided. In addition, Ramirez holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at StreetCode Academy, focusing on startup strategy and founder development to empower communities of color. Through Peay Ramirez Group Consulting, Ramirez provides expertise in DEI taskforce creation, equitable recruitment training, and workshop facilitation. Past roles include Advisor and Consultant at Apple, where assessment and programming for equitable practices were developed, and Founder of Plum2.0, which supports entrepreneurship for young girls. Other experience includes positions at Black Operator Ventures and Oculus VR, contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts.
