Margreet de Pree has extensive experience in healthcare and consultancy, currently serving as Adviseur Kwaliteit en veiligheid and Leancoach at Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix since June 2001. Margreet has held multiple roles including Kwaliteitsfunctionaris and Communicatieadviseur, focusing on quality, safety, and communication within the organization. Additionally, Margreet has been a Gecertificeerd DISC consultant for DISC Benelux Opleidingen since January 2018. Prior to these positions, Margreet owned and managed a retail store, Patch, from 1990 to 2000, and worked in various secretarial roles at Bondsspaarbank from 1984 to 1990. Margreet's educational background includes certifications as a coach and trainer, and a Black belt in Lean coaching, with training from various institutions including Schoevers College and Q-Academy.
