Richelle joins Streamline with 16 plus years of experience in healthcare administration focused on customer support, EHR implementation, and training. In the past, she has held roles at teaching clinics and vocational organizations focused on behavioral, mental, and IDD services. Richelle is committed to promoting lifelong learning to foster staff growth and customer satisfaction.

Richelle has served as an instructor in Health Informatics, Computer Information Systems, and Interdisciplinary Health Studies at Western Michigan University, and as an Affiliate Research Faculty at Grand Valley State University.

Richelle graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master of Arts Degree. Richelle holds certifications in Non-Profit Leadership Administration from Western Michigan University and EHR Implementation from Lansing College.
