Joel Zangara has a strong background in sales and financial services. Joel has recently been working as a Regional Sales Director at Streamline Healthcare Solutions, LLC, and previously served as a Regional Sales Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Joel worked as a Senior Account Executive at TenEleven Group Inc. Joel also held the position of Relationship Banker III at M&T Bank and worked as a Financial services professional at MassMutual Financial Group. Joel started their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual.

Joel Zangara holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Niagara University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the State University of New York Cortland from 2010 to 2014. Joel received their secondary education from Williamsville South High School, graduating in 2008.
