Jean-Pierre Flais is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in banking and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at StreamBank since June 2022, Jean-Pierre oversees financial control, treasury, and regulatory reporting functions, while also holding key board positions. Prior to this role, Jean-Pierre was the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at ActivTrades Loans, where responsibilities included leading the banking license project. Previous positions include Chief Risk Officer at Ashman Finance, Managing Director at SG Kleinwort Hambros Bank Limited, Chief Administration Officer at Kleinwort Benson, and Global COO at Societe Generale Private Banking. Jean-Pierre holds an HEC degree from HEC Paris and has participated in the International Management Programme at New York University.
