Raymir Johnson is currently a Research Analyst at Hines, where responsibilities include supporting the ESG team in promoting sustainable practices in the real estate industry and advising clients on reducing environmental impact. Concurrently, Raymir serves as an Operations and Technology Intern at Lincoln Investment, focusing on enhancing technology to streamline operations and reduce errors. As the Financial Secretary for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the Founder of The MeccaMarket, Raymir is involved in financial management and creating a platform for students at Howard University to trade clothing and accessories. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Hines, participation in Capital One's First Generation Focus Program, and internships at The NRP Group LLC and Goldman Sachs. Raymir is pursuing education at Howard University, having completed high school at Masterman Julia R Secondary School.
