Kimberly Carothers has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Stream-Flo Industries since March 2001 in various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Team Leader, Advisor, and Payroll/Benefits Administrator. Prior to this, Kimberly held the position of Sales and Marketing Representative at Zi-Marc and served as an Inside Sales Representative at GE. Kimberly began a career in production supervision at Total Control Products from 1992 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta, a Certificate in Project Leadership from NAIT, a Certificate in Conflict Management for HR Professionals from the ADR Institute of Alberta, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from NAIT, and a Certificate in Payroll Supervisor from The Canadian Payroll Association. Additionally, Kimberly obtained a Citation in Supervisory Development from the University of Alberta.
