Sonali Hornick is currently a Brumley Graduate Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law, focusing on international collaboration to develop AI regulatory frameworks. Additionally, Hornick serves as a Graduate Research Fellow at the Computational Media Lab at UT Austin, specializing in metadata research and AI-driven persuasion analysis on social media. Previous experience includes a Data Analytics & AI Consultant role at KPMG US, implementing generative AI solutions for healthcare, and conducting machine learning research at The University of Texas at Austin. Hornick has also participated in various internships and programs, including roles in business intelligence, marketing analytics, and leadership development at firms such as CGI, Adidas, and Deloitte, showcasing a strong foundation in data science, cybersecurity, and marketing strategies. Hornick holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from The University of Texas at Austin.
