Ayse Onal (Zamboglu) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mentorship, entrepreneurship, and research within the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Mentor in Residence/Instructor at VentureWell and as a Mentor at Founders Space since May 2017, Ayse also founded Gate International in December 2012. Past roles include Angel Investor and Co-chair of the Screening Committee at Life Science Angels, and Director of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs at DeviceFarm. Ayse's academic background includes an Executive Education program at the University of California, Berkeley, and advanced degrees in Education and Polymer Science and Technology from San Francisco State University and Middle East Technical University, respectively.
