Julie Gonyou is a seasoned professional in public administration and library services, currently serving as Director at StrategyCorp Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Gonyou held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at the County of Elgin from September 2017 to June 2023, and served as Senior Director at London Public Library from February 2015 to September 2017.
