Chuck Haggard is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a part-time officer at the Meriden KS Police Department since September 2022, focusing on school protection and training. Haggard is the owner of Agile/Training and Consulting, providing expertise in firearms and defensive tactics training, security consulting, and related services. As a National Trainer for the National Law Enforcement Training Center since May 1994, Haggard is certified in various tactical disciplines. Additionally, Haggard serves as a Deputy Sheriff for Shawnee County since February 2020 and has held significant positions including Captain at the Metro Topeka Airport Authority Police/Fire and Lieutenant for the City of Topeka. Haggard's education includes a focus on Force Science from the Force Science Research Center, where a degree as a Force Science Analyst is being pursued.
