John R. Brennan, M.Ed, serves as the Acting Managing Director at Strategic Proposals since March 2023, focusing on expanding the proposal community globally. Brennan operates as a Professional Consultant, specializing in developing proposal content and collaborating with diverse teams to create winning strategies. As the Business Owner of Fellowship Consulting since June 2022, Brennan provides expertise in proposal writing, business strategy, and agile methodologies. Previously, Brennan held several leadership roles at EBSCO Information Services from 1999 to 2022, including Vice President of Product Management for books, where significant revenue growth and product innovation were achieved. Brennan's early career included technical writing at Timeslips Corporation. Education includes a Master’s in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Political Science from UMass Boston.
