Craig Pope has been a Director at Strategic Economic Development Corporation since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an HR MI Analyst & Reporting Consultant at RAC from April 2001 to November 2017. Craig was responsible for data accuracy, cleansing, monitoring and output from the HR/payroll application and BI reporting suite. Craig also played a pivotal role in the provision of timely, accurate reporting and analysis on key issues and appropriate metrics.
Craig has a deep understanding of HR systems and processes. Craig has extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, and has used this knowledge to inform and influence business performance and decision making. Craig has also played an active role in promoting the HR change programme/strategy.
Craig has successfully delivered a standard reporting suite alongside an ad-hoc reporting and analysis agenda. This has included workforce and organisational reports, business performance scorecards and dashboards, and board level HR people packs. Craig has also completed bespoke and sensitive project work where greater and detailed analysis is required, such as business tenders, organizational restructures, financial reporting, payroll, ER cases, pay review, annual performance bonus, flexible benefits, compensation, pension, and ONS reporting.
In addition to their work in HR, Craig has also completed data reporting and analysis for other functions including Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Resourcing & Recruitment, HR Services, Business Partnering and Reward.
Craig Pope completed a BA (Hons) in Visual Communications from Birmingham City University. Craig also holds a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design from West Nottinghamshire College. Craig has twelve GCSEs from The Rufford School.
