Apoorv Anand is an experienced professional in the field of asset management and real estate strategy. Currently serving as an Associate in Asset Management at Strata since December 2023, Apoorv previously held the position of Manager - Strategy at The Guardians Real Estate Advisory from May 2023 to November 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Transaction Advisory Intern at ANAROCK in 2022 and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at TRUE EARTH SURVEYS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2020. Apoorv completed a Post Graduate Program in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR University in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from GLA University, 2019. Early education was completed at City Montessori School in Lucknow.
