Ian Berdusco, P.Eng, MBA is a seasoned professional in the mining industry with extensive experience in engineering and consulting roles. Currently, Ian serves as the Manager of the Innovation Practice at Stratalis Consulting, focusing on guiding clients to excel in uncertain markets. Previous positions include Senior Mining Engineer at Stantec, where Ian worked on acquisition due diligence and operational turnarounds, and at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team was instrumental in developing a turnaround strategy. Ian's career began at BHP Billiton and The De Beers Group, progressing through various engineering and planning roles, complemented by an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a B.Eng in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University.
