Selina Shai is an experienced professional in the customer care and service sectors, currently serving as the Head of Service for Midlands & East Yorkshire at Strata since November 2019, following roles as Senior Care Manager and Customer Care Manager. Prior to joining Strata, Selina worked as a Claims Handler at Countrywide Properties and held a position as a preferred customer associate at UPS. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager at SDL Group and a customer service role at Boots UK. Selina Shai holds a diploma in Counseling Psychology from West Nottinghamshire College, where studies took place from 2009 to 2013.
