Eric Wallace, an M.S. and INTJ personality type, has varied work experience beginning in 1984 in the United States Air Force as a Cryptologic Linguist (Russian). Eric then worked for Auto Fuel Company as a Programmer, Billing Manager, and MIS Manager, before moving on to Abilene Christian University as a Systems Administrator and Programmer/Analyst. Later, Eric worked for Ellucian as a Technical Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal Consultant, delivering training and custom development to over 150 institutions to improve their business processes. Currently, Eric works as a Senior Consultant for Strata Information Group. Despite having no prior experience with the product, Eric was hired as a Banner Workflow consultant, demonstrating their broad skill set. Throughout their career, Eric has shown that they play well with others and is able to work in diverse environments.

Eric Wallace, M.S., INTJ, has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Education from Abilene Christian University, and also pursued a Master's degree in OHRD from the same institution. Eric holds a Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center certification in Russian Language at the 208X3A level. Furthermore, they have multiple teacher certificates in various subjects from the Texas State Board of Education. Recently, they obtained three certificates related to ProcessMaker, namely Process Architect, Process Designer, and UX Expert. Eric is described as someone who "plays well with others."
