Stephanie Goddard, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and training and development. Currently serving as the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Strata Solar, LLC since May 2018, Stephanie has cultivated expertise in educating leadership on HR policies, managing Worker’s Compensation claims, and conducting investigations into discrimination and harassment claims. As a Senior Consultant-Owner at Work Stress Solutions, Stephanie supports small organizations in enhancing employee performance through tailored HR training. Previous roles include HR positions with Wake County, the Town of Cary, and Verizon, where Stephanie significantly contributed to employee development and organizational objectives. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University.
