Ava Doman has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at STRATA since April 2019. Prior to this role, Ava held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Zetec and served in various leadership capacities at Providence Health & Services, including Chief of Staff for the Office of Human Resources. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at T-Mobile and Vice President of Human Resources at Philips Medical Systems and Zetec. Ava's career began as a Personnel Specialist at John Fluke Mfg. Co., Inc. Ava Doman holds Associate degrees in General Studies and Business Administration from Columbia Basin College and Brigham Young University, respectively, and completed a Bachelor's degree at Central Washington University.
