Candace Richter is currently working as a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist at Strat Labs since January 2024. Prior to this, Candace founded Bee Mighty Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports families with babies in Neonatal Intensive Care Units. With a background in various roles at companies like Inspirato, HotHouse Media, and Discovery Communications, Candace has a strong history of leadership and sales management. Candace also holds a degree in International Business & Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston and is currently pursuing a degree in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
