Eric Conner serves as the Vice President of Guest Experience and Stationmaster at Strasburg Rail Road Company, overseeing all guest-facing operations, including ticketing, retail, food and beverage, and entertainment, while managing a revenue stream of $9.5 million annually. Conner has also held roles such as Assistant Stationmaster and authored "IMAGES OF RAIL: STRASBURG RAIL ROAD" for Arcadia Publishing. Additionally, Conner contributes as the Associate Editor of "The Journal" for LancasterHistory and has experience in operations management from a previous position at Amish Farm and House, LLC, and coordination roles in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Conner holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Liberty University.
