Sruthi Genevieve has a diverse work experience in the field of life sciences. Sruthi started their career as a Trainee-Research at Mir Lifescience in January 2014 and worked there until November 2014. Sruthi then joined Mir Lifescience Pvt Ltd as a Junior Research Associate from December 2014 to May 2015. In 2018, they joined MEDGENOME as a Research Associate and worked there until October 2019. In 2022, they joined Clevergene as a Research Associate and worked there until April 2023. Currently, they are working as a Scientist 1 at Strand Life Sciences since May 2023. Additionally, they have also gained experience as a Dissertation Student at Central Food Technological Research Institute, CFTRI, Mysore from August 2011 to May 2012.

Sruthi Genevieve completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University in a four-year program from 2006 to 2010. Sruthi then pursued their Master of Technology (MTech) in industrial biotechnology from Manipal Institute of Technology, which lasted from 2010 to 2012.
