Yasmin Erika Lua is a Senior Localisation Project and Quality Manager at Straker since January 2021, where responsibilities include conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. With previous roles as Production Team Lead and Project Manager at Straker, Yasmin has extensive experience in managing localisation projects, coordinating with linguists, and improving project execution. Prior experience includes working as a consultant at ANZ, a barista and assistant manager at The Food Crew, and various graphic design roles across multiple companies including Upwork and AffinityX, showcasing a strong background in client interaction and creative services. Yasmin holds educational credentials from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna and the Philippine School of Interior Design.
