Lena Roller possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Teamlead People & Culture and HR-Generalist at straiv since August 2022. Previously, Lena worked as a Junior Professional in Personalentwicklung at PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG from January 2022 to July 2022, and as a Masterandin at Mercedes-Benz AG, where the focus was on a master's thesis concerning psychological safety.
