Laura Thompson Love is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and social impact. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Director at Grads of Life since September 2020, Laura has played a key role in shaping equitable talent strategies that benefit both businesses and communities, while also holding several leadership positions at Year Up since July 2013. Prior to these roles, Laura was part of the founding team for Ashoka in Singapore from May 2011 to June 2013. Academic credentials include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from Tufts University, and a certificate in Public Narrative from Harvard Kennedy School.
