Gautam Sukumar currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Strada since 2024. Previously, Gautam held multiple senior roles at ADP from 2014 to October 2024, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Employee Financial Solutions, where responsibility included leading a team of approximately 1,000 associates and overseeing a significant financial operations unit. Prior positions at ADP involved leading product management for a global portfolio and driving strategic initiatives that enhanced client retention and sales growth. Gautam started a career at PwC as a Manager, following experience at Dell and Sprint. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and advanced degrees from North Carolina State University and RV College of Engineering.
