Marc Smith currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development and Chaplain at Strack, Inc., where responsibilities include facilitating leadership training, employee engagement, and spiritual guidance. Previously, Marc held the position of Student Minister at DOGWOOD CHURCH, managing a team of staff and volunteers and overseeing a large student ministry. Marc also served as a Compassion Minister at Georgia Tech Christian Campus Fellowship, leading college students in community service while nurturing donor relationships. Earlier career experience includes partnership at In-Law Homes, L.L.C., focusing on managing family-owned rental properties. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel Christian Seminary.
