Najmeh (Naj) Eshghi, P. Eng., is an experienced Project Engineer currently employed at STRABAG since October 2019. Previously, Naj worked as a Project Engineer in Training with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, focusing on developing specifications for High-Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete Materials for highway bridges from 2018 to 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering from 2016 to 2018, where research centered on self-consolidated Strain Hardening synthetic-Fiber-Reinforced Cementitious Composites, and as a Civil/Structural Designer E.I.T at Noveen Office of Engineering from 2015 to 2016. Naj also completed a Civil Engineering internship at Eskan Engineering in 2014. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology.
