Whitney Freeman is a seasoned professional in client relations and event production with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Client Relations Advisor at STR since October 2018, Whitney has progressed through various roles within the company, showcasing a strong ability to enhance client support and communication processes. Previously, at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, Whitney held multiple titles, including Event Production Specialist and Administrative Assistant II, where responsibilities ranged from organizing client meetings to training new employees. Early experience included roles at The Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center and serving as President of The Lodging and Gaming Management Association. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, complemented by diverse educational experiences.
