David Stowell is the Co-Founder of the Stowell Learning Center. David has over 40 years of experience in education and fundraising. David has been a Trainer and Consultant with Training Consortium International, a Founder and Owner of Stowell and Associates, and a Band Director at Nogales High School.

David Stowell has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Pepperdine University and is certified from the State of California in California Teaching Credential.
