Matthew Gates has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and operations. At Stowe Mountain Resort, Matthew serves as a Ski Instructor. Previously, at BALYO, Matthew held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Balyo Americas, VP of Client Operations, and Director of Customer Delivery. Prior to BALYO, Matthew was a Program Manager at Symbotic and worked at Pratt & Whitney in various capacities, including Commodity Manager and Leadership Associate, and also served as Commodity Manager at United Technologies - Pratt & Whitney.
