Taylor Verhaalen has extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Since January 2013, Taylor has served as a Board Member and currently holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at the Nevada State Apartment Association. In addition, Taylor has been with Stout Management Company since May 2009, where roles have included President, Vice President, and Regional Property Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Retail and Office Investment Specialist at Northcap Commercial from July 2008 to April 2009. Taylor holds a degree in Business with a focus on International Finance from the University of Southern California, attended USC Marshall School of Business, and studied at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2006.
