Ujjal Sarkar has a work experience spanning from 2012 to 2023. Ujjal started their career as an Area Sales Manager at FieldFresh Foods Private Limited in April 2012 and worked there till April 2014. Ujjal then joined SC Johnson as a Key Account Manager from May 2014 to May 2015. After that, they joined Adani Wilmar Limited as an Area Sales Manager in May 2017 and worked there till April 2019. Currently, they are working as an Area Sales Manager at WeiKFiELD Foods Pvt Ltd since May 2019 and is still employed there.

Ujjal Sarkar obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from Calcutta University, specializing in the field of Commerce. This educational achievement took place from 1996 to 1999.
