Ivars Kalnietis is an experienced operations improvement manager at Stora Enso since August 2021. Previously held the position of export sales manager at Dores - Wooden houses from November 2020 to September 2021. Prior experience includes working as a new product introduction specialist at Caterpillar Inc. and a series of managerial roles at Perkins Engines Company Limited, including 1100 Series Express section manager and section manager for the 400 Series, along with facilitating CNC sections and leading teams in the Industrial Power Systems Division. Ivars Kalnietis began their career as an engine assembly operator. Academic qualifications include a degree from Biznesa augstskola Turība (2006-2009) and studies at Valsts Priekuļu lauksaimniecības tehnikums (2002-2006).
