Maria Griffiths currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Isorropia Foundation Community Interest Company, where the focus is on delivering mental health and wellbeing services on the Isle of Wight, leveraging lived experience to enhance service delivery. With a robust background in nursing, including roles as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner and a Registered Nurse within NHS settings, Maria has experience in acute mental health services and alcohol detoxification. Additionally, Maria is actively involved as a member of the Board of Trustees for Stop Domestic Abuse and is a co-founder of TCA - The Change Agents. Educational pursuits include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Southampton and ongoing studies in Transformative Coaching at Animas Centre for Coaching.
