Heather Schultz currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Operational Excellence at Lactalis Heritage Dairy, where responsibilities include overseeing the distribution network in alignment with operational and commercial goals, as well as managing inventory controlling and analytics teams. Prior to this role, Heather was a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Lactalis U.S. Yogurt, leading supply chain performance management and fostering insights for the leadership team. Heather's experience also includes positions as Supply Chain Manager at Commonwealth Dairy, LLC, and various roles at Cabot Creamery Cooperative, where contributions spanned demand planning, project management, and market research. Earlier in their career, Heather managed marketing initiatives at River Rock Farm and R Tape Corporation, and gained valuable experience in archaeology and publications coordination through roles at several organizations. Heather Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology and Classics from Tufts University.
