Tom Coenen is a seasoned asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Stoneweg since December 2024, Tom previously held the role of Asset Manager at Cromwell Property Group from January 2016 to December 2024. Earlier positions include Senior Asset Manager at Hudson Advisors Netherlands B.V., Asset Manager at Valad Europe, and roles with Van Herk Groep and VastNed in various capacities including Portfolio Manager.
