Antonia Lines is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and program management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Programmes & Operations at Come Play With Me since August 2021. Antonia has held multiple roles at Come Play With Me, including Programmes Manager and Diversity Project Manager. Additional contributions include being a Community Advisory Committee Member at Sister Midnight and a Voting Academy Member for BRIT Awards Limited, both since November 2023. Antonia has been with Stonewall since February 2017, progressing from Empowerment Programmes Delivery Officer to Head of Empowerment Programmes. Previous experience includes Operations Manager at Make Shift Foundation, Publicity Assistant and Intern at Ninja Tune, Wristband Supervisor at Festival Republic, and Ticketing and Events Manager at JUMBO RECORDS LIMITED, in addition to serving as Director at StickyShoes. Antonia holds degrees in Managing Major & Cultural Events from Leeds Beckett University and Music Management / Events Management from London Metropolitan University.
