Jodi Cutting is an experienced payroll and client service professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes and enhancing customer service experiences. Currently serving as an AP/Payroll Assistant at Stonehill College since January 2022, Jodi previously worked as a Payroll Administrator at Computershare from December 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included processing bi-weekly payroll for 1,000 Canadian employees and managing payroll inquiries. Jodi's extensive experience at Mercer spanned from October 2003 to June 2018, with roles including Knowledge Coordinator, Lead Quality Control and Assurance Analyst, and Preferred Representative, contributing to improvements in call center operations and customer service in the financial sector. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Client Service Manager at State Street Corporation, where Jodi managed a team of Fund Accountants. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Human Resource concentration from Bridgewater State University.
