Emma Rock is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Stonegate Group since March 2022, where collaboration with Finance, Property, IT, and HR teams is key. Previously, Emma held the position of Recruitment Manager, focusing on sourcing top talent for late-night venues. Prior to Stonegate, Emma was a People and Culture Officer at The Grand Hotel Birmingham, contributing to its recognition as one of the Times Top 100 places to stay in Britain for 2022/2023. Emma's experience includes serving as an HR Business Advisor at Unity Trust Bank and various roles at Hogarths Hotels, where responsibilities ranged from Group Human Resources Manager to Receptionist. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources from Nottingham Business School, as well as a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Solihull College & University Centre.
