Philip Gartland is a Partner at Stonebridge Property Group. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Philip was a Senior Associate at CBRE, where they played a key role within the national retail investment team. Philip has extensive experience in deal origination, property canvassing, financial analysis, property due diligence and deal execution. Philip has been involved in some significant/high profile sales campaigns, including Pakenham Place Shopping Centre ($60.50m) and Currambine Marketplace ($52.50m).

Prior to joining CBRE, Philip worked as a Senior Surveyor at King Sturge, where they were responsible for landlord and tenant work, valuations and city of London investments.

Philip Gartland's educational career began with a BA in Geography from The University of Sheffield. Philip then went on to obtain an MA in Property Valuation & Law from City, University of London. Finally, they obtained certification from the RICS, making him a member.
