Rodrigo Ferreira Rolim is an experienced professional in human resources and sales, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Stone since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held the position of HRBP Leader at Pagar.me from January 2021 to April 2022, and worked at The Kraft Heinz Company from February 2017 to December 2020 in various sales management positions, including Regional Indirect Sales Manager. Earlier career experiences include project management with AIESEC in Brazil and internships in geotechnical and construction firms. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and two degrees in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
