Jen Barnes is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Currently serving as an HR Senior Associate at Stone Point Capital since May 2023, Jen previously held the role of HR Associate at Millennium Management from October 2018 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Recruiting Coordinator at Goldman Sachs within the Investment Banking Division and Executive Offices, as well as in Global Investment Research and the Merchant Banking Division from August 2017 to October 2018. Jen began the career as a Recruiting/HR Intern at Comrise in late 2016. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Communications from Rutgers University, earned in 2017.
