Kateryna Kyrychenko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kateryna began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they served as Corporate Marketing, Communications, and Special Projects from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they joined Western Union as a Marketing Manager for Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova, overseeing customer marketing activities and achieving continuous business growth.
In 2012, Kyrychenko joined aroma espresso bar KIEV as the Marketing & PR Director for Ukraine, where they executed marketing and PR activities, managed new restaurant launches, and implemented innovative menus. Kateryna also introduced a CRM system and collaborated with local brands, resulting in successful events and increased customer satisfaction.
Kyrychenko then moved on to Roshen confectionery corporation in 2015, where they worked as a Business Development Manager for Baltic countries. Kateryna developed market entry strategies for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, conducted thorough analysis, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop portfolio strategies.
Simultaneously, they joined Ukrainian Import House as the Marketing Manager for Diageo Reserve & World Class. Kyrychenko managed a portfolio of 25 premium brands, achieving triple business growth in five years and consistent double-digit growth in volume and value.
Currently, Kyrychenko serves as the Regional Marketing Lead for the Stoli Group, overseeing 15 South Europe and Middle East markets. Their responsibilities include driving the growth of the Stoli Vodka brand and developing the Ultra-Premium spirits portfolio in various segments.

Kateryna Kyrychenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Technologies at International University in Kyiv, Ukraine. Kateryna attended this institution from 1997 to 2001. Kateryna later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Food & Beverages Management at SDA Bocconi from 2011 to 2012.
